Kimono Art Experience - Wind Illustrations

Hands-on workshop experience offered by a traditional Kimono art craftsman. A rare technique to see even in Kyoto, of wind illustrations called "Fūsaizome" which means wind color dye. This is the only studio in Kyoto where you can experience Fūsaizome artwork first hand. Make your very own one-of-a-kind piece. We also offer tours of the studio, Kimono dress-up experiences with photographs, etc.
