Here at FIS building, we will service you with two styles of dining.
NIWAKA (Dining): On the 9th floor - Enjoy delicious food and escape from the city bustle and noise and relax in a comfortable and quiet atmosphere.
SHAVA LIVA (Dining & Café) – 1st Floor: Here at SHAVA LIVA, depending on the time frame we can offer several different uses for our space. Sometimes a café, sometimes a diner for lunch or even an elegant bar or restaurant at night.

Details:
NIWAKA: on the rooftop terrace, enjoy the original taste and collaboration of authentic Japanese, western to Chinese. The chef has over 20 years of experience under his belt which is why he can create extraordinary original dishes with a strong Japanese base. Using delicious homemade tofu from specialty shops with a long history and reputation in Kyoto.

Details: On the weekends we often have a DJ come in and hold parties. There are no dividers between tables and the furniture can be moved around at your own will, so it's perfect for a personalized party setup in one glance. The chef who has studied in Italy for over 10 years and patisserie who has achieved 1st place in a sweets competition twice, will welcome you with great hospitality. Enjoy a relaxing time outside on sunny days or just to get away from the noise inside, the terrace tables are an excellent choice.
