Details:
As we near our 40th anniversary, the most prided taste of Kyoshiki is our soup stock. With the performance of our highly skilled chefs, the best flavors and character of each ingredient is brought out. Our restaurant has used the water from deep wells which are perfect for cooking because of its low iron level for generations. With that water, our third generation master chef prepares an excellent broth every morning taken from our neighboring bonito flake shop, Matsushimaya honten, which has devoted its business to fresh bonito flakes for over 300 years.
